Deadline for reservations:

As there are several fairs in Berlin during the period of ITC18, it is highly recommended to place hotel reservations as early as possible. Reservations after June 16, 2003 may be subject to availability.

Change of reservation and cancellation

Reservations, changes and cancellations must be made in writing and forwarded to CTI by fax: +49-(0)30-204 40 22.

Change or cancellation of reservation before June 16, 2003 will be accepted without charging any fees. Change or cancellation of reservation made after the deadline (June 16, 2003) will cause a EUR 25,-- charge per person. This is in addition to any fees the hotel may charge. Please note that the hotels may charge up to 100 % for late cancellations or no-shows and that these charges would be forwarded to you.

Payment

All payments related to accommodation have to be made directly on departure in the hotel. In any case a credit card is required for guarantee when booking, otherwise no booking confirmation will be returned.

Liability

CTI Compass Tours Incoming GmbH invariably acts merely as an agent and, as such, is liable only for errors made in the usual context of travel agency activities.
